The purpose of the web platform

The web platform brings together the performer and the client together, implement projects and generate revenue.

Registration

Registration is divided into two parts, on the one hand customers can register, and on the other hand performers:

Artist registration

The executor can register both individuals and legal entities, fill in the required information about him, which will be automatically placed on the website and all users will be able to access the information of individuals, legal entities or organizations, except for information that may not be available to everyone.

Customer registration

 The customer can register as a legal entity or organization, fill in the required information about it, which will be automatically posted on the website and all users will be able to access information about the legal entity or organization except for information that may not be available to everyone.

Add a project

The project can be added by a legal entity or organization that indicates information about the project: title, completion date, project deadline, budget, category, project description, and attachments.

Send a proposal for the project

After adding a project, all users, both legal entities, organizations and individuals will have the opportunity to see the added projects on the projects page, get acquainted with the project and information about the client company, click on the button to complete the task and send its terms, be it project cost, time of completion or Description.

Acceptance of the project

Bids for the project will be sent in the form of a message to both the client and the contractor who sent the bid for the project. When the client sees the information received from a potential performer, in case of confirmation it automatically goes to the payment page where it pays 40% of the project cost, after payment returns to the project management, adds tasks which will automatically appear to the performer as well.

Insurance

Our goal is to insure as much as possible both the performer and the customer to receive their benefits without losses.

Customer insurance

Customer insurance is expressed later, when it pays 40% of the project cost after the project agreement, this amount is transferred to the development account as a guarantee that if the contractor does not fulfill the instructions given, this amount will be returned to the customer.

Performer Insurance

Contractor insurance is expressed later, when the client pays 40% of the project cost after the project agreement, this amount is transferred to the Development account as a guarantee that if the contractor fulfills the tasks given by the contractor, this amount will be transferred to the contractor.
